REEBOK X EXTRA BUTTER VENTILATOR – STREET MEAT
REEBOK are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the VENTILATOR and as part of the celebrations there will be a series of collaborations from the CERTIFIED NETWORK, the first of which is this one from EXTRA BUTTER.
Taking inspiration from “Street Meat” food vending, which also started in 1990, EXTRA BUTTER have created a great-looking shoe, with a colourway that nods to the various ingredients that can make up a Halal food plate, including; lamb, chicken, falafel, yellow rice and, of course, the red and white sauces. On paper this sounds like a very strange combination of colours, but the end result really works with hits of colour breaking up the shades of brown. We also really like the little touch of combining the REEBOK and EXTRA BUTTER. It’s like they were always meant to be together!
