After tracing back to the rise and fall of the Roman Empire and paying homage to two of the period’s notorious figures, Nerone and Caligula, THE GOOD WILL OUT X DIADORA “THE RISE AND FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE” trio is completed with a bang this weekend by adding an extra special edition of the brand’s N9000 model into the mix.

Adding to the duo released in mid-June, the shoe is named SPQR after the abbreviation for a Latin expression “Senatus Populusque Romanus, ” which translates as the Senate and the populace of Rome. Inspired by Primus Pilus, the highest rank of a centurion in the Roman legion, this late addition to the pack effortlessly takes its place as the top dog in the pack. Leading with out-there construction is composed of a Made In Italy blend of kangaroo Nappa leather, Picasso goat leather, and nubuck leather, which take shape across the N9000’s sleek ‘90s running-inspired shape in gold, red, and various shades of brown. Branding is then added in a premium blast of gold embroidery to the heel, creating a collaborative shoe that is quite truly fit for a leader.
