Opening the VVVVault with the Vans x JJJJound Sk8-Mid VLT LX

The VANS X JJJJOUND SK8-MID VLT LX finds Montreal-based designer, curator and creative Justin Saunders getting busy once again with his friends at Vans, this time on the Vault edition of the Vans Sk8-Mid model. Comprised of three colourways and constructed in canvas and leather, the aesthetic employed here is designed to mimic “the state of heavily-used skate sneakers.” There’s a solid black edition for the monochromatic fans, along with olive green and brown editions that keep things in the muted and minimal category. All three pairs feature white contrast stitching, white midsoles and custom JJJJound tags on the heel.
