Uncovering the Vault by Vans x UNDERCOVER Collection

The new VAULT BY VANS x UNDERCOVER collection has finally been unveiled, with two classic Vans models getting the Jun Takahashi treatment.

For Spring 2017, the Japanese streetwear label has lin ked up with the iconic footwear brand and transformed both the OG ERA LX and the OG OLD SKOOL LX models, giving them a modern revamp in time for the new season. The Old Skool arrives in grey and burgundy, featuring an all-over floral pattern: a common icon that we’ve seen in UNDERCOVER’s previous collections. The Era comes in black, white or red and features a simple text enhancement on the toe box containing a song lyric: ‘Take me in time, time to the music, Take me away to the twilight zone‘, a line from Temple’s 2014 single ‘Shelter Song’. With the huge appreciation of UNDERCOVER’s designs and the success of the Vans Vault series, this pack should prove wildly popular when it drops later this week.
