Vote Miniswoosh event recap at Footpatrol

The Nike Vote Forward Campaign gives 12 creatives the opportunity to design their vision for the future of air and we want you to VOTE MINISWOOSH.

We headed to premier footwear retailer Footpatrol to get an insight into the design process of designer and Vote Forward participant @miniswoosh. Her work repurposing unconventional materials such as Nike duffle bags to construct new garments has proven to be an effective training exercise as reflected in the method of design for her vision of air. The outcome, utilising elements from the Air Max 1, Air Max 90, Air Max 180, Air Max 93, Air Max 95, Air Max 97, Air Max Plus & Air Max 360 is nothing short of genius. A multitude of swooshes overlay what is an almost familiar design whilst being completely revolutionary.
