Touted as a ‘modern update to the ’90s original’, the Nike Air Skylon II is a perfect example of the early 1990s era of running designs that came from the Swoosh studios at the time. The slick contoured shape reminds us of simpler times in regards to footwear shapes, whilst the colours and graphic applications evoke memories of late ’80s pop stylings. The Skylon II features lightweight Air-Sole cushioning and a combination construction for breathable comfort, with a strong mesh construction and suede overlays for comfortable containment.
