The NIKECRAFT GENERAL PURPOSE SHOE bucks the Mars Yard trend with something completely different from the New York-based contemporary artist. Celebrating a decade in partnership with Nike, the ‘General Purpose Shoe’ (GPS) is exactly what it sounds like: a simple mesh and nubuck construction that’ll get you from A to B. Similar in design to the Killshot, it’s finished with a classic gum outsole and discreetly scrawled Tom Sachs branding on the inner tongue label. The GPS will launch in this simple ‘Studio’ colourway inspired by Sach’s studio uniform but many other colour schemes are expected to follow.
