The Converse x fragment design CT70 OX Tuxedo Collection redefines smart-casual

The CONVERSE X FRAGMENT DESIGN CT70 OX TUXEDO COLLECTION brings smart formal style to a casual classic.

Hiroshi Fujiwara has the Midas touch when it comes to collaborations (unsurprising given his pedigree as an original member of the International Stüssy Tribe and his reputation as the ‘Godfather of Harajuku’). And as an elder statesman of street culture, the head honcho of fragment design is perfectly placed to put a more grown-up spin on the CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR ALL STAR ’70 OX. The new pack consists of three styles for men and one for women, all coming dressed up to the nines in fabrics that give a sophisticated nod to formal evening wear. The men’s versions feature pinstripe suiting fabrics and satin heel stripes, while the women’s offering comes in wedding gown white with elegant lace detailing on the heel stay. The collaborative branding is simple but effective, with a dual-branded internal label showing up on the outside of the shoe with a contrasting stitched outline.
